Learning languages

Would you like to learn a new langauge or you are already studying one? I always had a desire to learn a new language and tried few of them: Russian, Sweedish, Spanish, Latin, Japanese.. I studied Russian the most but I always lose interest. It's like having a hype that moment, then I start and tomorrow nothing.

I've thought I would like to learn German but I never found the time.

If I did start learning, I thought about giving Babbel a try but I don't know how much that will cost.
